There are a few main factors that we review during the initial credit review.
How long has the company been established?
Has the company borrowed money in the past, and what does that payment history look like?
We may look at the owner’s credit history as well. This is quite common in the industry especially when lots of business credit reports lack depth of credit information.

As much as you need or want! We are aware that in some cases this purchase may be your first to be financed, or perhaps its the largest you’ve made. We’ll consult with you to make sure we have you in a finance agreement that fits your business and cash flow needs. We’re also around to help after the sale is complete!

Our fees and terms are written in plain english, at least as much as the attorneys let us! Whether you are talking to us or another funder for your business the fees should be clear and transparent. You may have some documentation or titling fees depending on the transaction, but we will spell it out for you.

The application is quick and easy, but we may occasionally ask for more information to reach a final credit decision. Most importantly make sure your general housekeeping is in order. This means making sure your filing with the Secretary of State is active and in good standing, we’ll also need your Federal TaxID number before we complete the final funding.
