We own the equipment while you use it

If you only need your equipment for a certain period of time, leasing is the way to go. We’ll handle the hassle of reselling the equipment, so you don’t have to deal with it. All of your payments are considered an operating expense. Think of it as a long-term rental, that you can walk away from when you’re done with it.

If you know you want to keep the equipment after the finance term ends, you should consider an Equipment Finance Agreement, often called EFAs. You have the title from the start, maintain ownership during the whole term and we only hold a security interest in it, until it’s paid off. We’re just helping you spread the cost of such a big purchase overtime.

Financing to fit your budget

  • Equipment Finance Agreement

    You are the owner of the equipment at day one, just like if you paid cash. You’ll make monthly fixed payments until the end of the term, similar to bank loans.

  • $1 Buyout Lease

    Our $1 Lease Option allows you to take ownership of the equipment at the end of the lease for the nominal charge of $1. May qualify for tax benefits as a capital expense.

  • Fair Market Value Lease

    Return, upgrade, continue leasing, or purchase the equipment at end of term for the current FMV. Similar to what you might expect when you lease a car. FMV leases typically offer tax benefits as an operating expense.

Payments on your terms

  • Deferred Payments

    We may be able to structure a plan to defer the start of your payments for your equipment. This means you may be able to get your equipment in place and earning you money before the first payment is due.

  • Step Payments

    We can offer step payment plans which allow the payments to step up, or step down, over the term of the agreement. This can give additionally flexibility to get the equipment you need today to drive your future growth.

  • Seasonal Payments

    If your business cash flow changes based on the seasonal needs of your customers we can set up payments to match your cash flows.

  • Balloon Payments

    Setting up a balloon payment at the end of the term may be just right for your situation. By placing a balloon at the end you get lower payments during the term with the option to buy or refinance at the end.
