Sales Originator — Equipment Finance

We are expanding our originations team and looking for experienced sales professionals across vendor, direct, and specialty channels.

What you'll do

You'll build and manage a book of business across your channel — vendor, direct, or specialty — originating transactions, structuring deals alongside credit, and growing relationships with equipment dealers, manufacturers, vendors, and SMB owners who need a lender they can count on.

Day to day, this means prospecting new relationships, managing an active pipeline, working collaboratively with our credit team on deal structure, and seeing transactions through to funded. You'll have real ownership of your book and real support behind you.

What we're looking for

Required

  • 3–5+ years of equipment finance origination experience — vendor, direct, or both
  • Working knowledge of FF&E, remodels, expansions, new builds, and business acquisitions
  • Comfort reading commercial credits and structuring around complexity
  • An established book of relationships — vendors, dealers, or direct borrowers
  • Experience in technology, hospitality, construction, healthcare, franchise, or commercial vehicles
  • Same-day responsiveness — you do what you say you'll do

Preferred

  • Experience with both vendor and direct origination channels
  • Demonstrated track record of growing market presence independently
  • Comfort working with a lean team during a growth phase
  • Familiarity with CRM-driven pipeline management and deal tracking

Draw + Commission

Competitive base draw against commission. OTE range shared during first conversation.
